A 12-year-old Highland single malt from GlenDronach, bottled at 43% ABV. It was matured in Spanish sherry casks that previously held Pedro Ximenez and Oloroso, and it is non-chill-filtered and free of added caramel colour.
The colour is golden amber. The nose is sweet and creamy, with vanilla, dark dried fruits and spice. On the palate the sherry cask influence comes through with nuts and dried fruits, in a silky texture. The finish has good length.
