GlenDronach – The Sevillian Room House Edition (1L, 43%)

The Sevillian Room is a House Edition from the Highland distillery GlenDronach, bottled at 43% in a one litre bottle. It was matured in three kinds of Spanish sherry cask. Oloroso adds nutty depth, Pedro Ximénez brings rich sweetness and Palo Cortado gives a dry, spicy edge, set against bright citrus notes. The nose is typically described as Seville orange, jasmine, leather and toasted oak. On the palate come honey, orange marmalade, cinnamon and roasted nuts, and the finish carries bitter orange peel, coffee and lasting spice.
