Green River Kentucky Straight Wheated Bourbon is bottled at 45% ABV in a 75cl bottle. Its mashbill is 70% Kentucky-grown corn, 21% wheat and 9% malted barley, a classic Kentucky recipe given a wheated treatment.
The nose opens with peach and caramel, alongside apricot and cinnamon. On the palate come toffee, pastry and hazelnut, leading to a smooth, balanced finish with honey.
