This is Hakushu 25, a Japanese single malt from the Hakushu distillery, bottled at 43% in a 70cl bottle. It is an older release of the 25 year old expression.
The notes describe a nose of peat, toffee apples and a light herbal undertone. The palate is rich and oily with a sherried character, bringing dried fruits and a hint of spice. The finish is long and nutty, with touches of mint.
