Hakushu – 25 Year Old Single Malt Whisky Limited Edition (70cl)

Hakushu 25 Year Old is a limited edition Japanese single malt in a 70cl bottle. It comes from the Hakushu distillery, established in 1973 in the Japanese Southern Alps in Yamanashi Prefecture, at 700 metres in dense forest. The nose combines forest freshness and gentle smoke with green apple, mint, deep oak and dried citrus. The palate is delicate and complex, with forest, oak, fruit and smoke. The finish is long and clean, carrying the mountain character and a little smoke.
