A limited release single malt from the Hakushu distillery in Japan, part of its Tsukuriwake selection. The 2021 Edition is bottled at 48% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
The whisky was matured in Spanish oak casks.
The nose offers cacao, Manuka honey and dark chocolate. The palate is softly sweet with a slight dark chocolate bitterness, and the finish is smooth and lingering, with more dark chocolate.
