Hamiltons Islay Blended Malt (70cl, 40%)

Hamiltons Islay is a blended malt from the island of Islay, part of the Hamiltons range, which presents different whisky regions of Scotland. It is bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle, chill-filtered and with added colour. Charles Hamilton Ltd. in Glasgow is responsible for the bottling. The focus is on peat smoke, maritime notes and peppery spice. It comes in a green tube showing a map of Scotland with Islay highlighted, along with tasting notes. The nose combines smoke, maritime impressions and citrus. On the palate, peppery spice balances the smoke. The finish carries spice and peat.
