Hatozaki Pure Malt is a Japanese malt whisky from Akashi in Hyogo, distilled and blended by Kaikyo Distillery. It is bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle, and its style is subtle and floral. The aroma is floral, with honeysuckle, citrus and light grain. On the palate come soft malt, ripe peach, light spices and subtle smoky oak. The finish is long and clean.
