A single barrel American single malt from Headframe Spirits in Butte, Montana, bottled at barrel strength in a 750ml bottle. It is made from 100% Montana-grown malted barley. Each barrel is aged in either new oak or used bourbon barrels, then hand-selected by the head distiller, proofed and bottled on its own, with no blending between casks. The nose is honeyed, with ripe stone fruit, oak spice and toasted grain. The palate is full-bodied, with caramel, honey, baked fruit and black pepper, and the finish is long, with oak, cinnamon and a peppery warmth.
