This is a seven-year-old Kentucky straight bourbon from Heaven Hill, bottled in bond at 100 proof in a 75cl bottle. It is a distillery exclusive from the Artist Series, released in 2025 to mark the opening of Heaven Hill's new distillery.
The bottled-in-bond style follows the company's original 1939 release and the requirements of the Bottled-in-Bond Act.
The nose is warm, with vanilla, honey and rich caramel sweetness. The palate is smooth and sweet, with a little rye spice, caramel and honey, and just enough oak and char to balance them. The finish is long and lingering.
