Parker's Heritage 14 Year Old is the 20th Edition of the Heaven Hill collection that honours the late Master Distiller Emeritus Parker Beam. This 2026 release is a Kentucky straight bourbon in a 75cl bottle, bottled at barrel proof, 118 proof, and non-chill filtered. It was composed from 100 barrels, made from a mashbill of 78% corn, 10% rye and 12% malted barley. The whiskey was distilled between October 2011 and January 2012 and aged for 14 years across four rickhouses. Rye backset was used during fermentation, a technique long championed by Parker Beam. Rather than a higher rye content in the grain recipe, it is intended to add spice, depth and balance.
