Parker's Heritage 19th Edition is a barrel-strength Kentucky straight bourbon from Heaven Hill, in a 75cl bottle. The series is named after Parker Beam, the master distiller who spent nearly six decades at the distillery.
This edition is a blend of 160 barrels drawn from several rickhouses and floors: 15-year-old wheated bourbon, 11-year-old corn whiskey, and 12-year-old whiskey made from rye and malt only. Each mashbill was aged in its own rickhouse and the three were married after maturation.
Beam was diagnosed with ALS in 2010, and a portion of sales from each release since 2013 has gone to ALS research.
