Hemingway Blend of Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey (75cl, 49%)

Hemingway Blend is the core Kentucky Straight Bourbon from Hemingway Whiskey Company, a collaboration between the family of Ernest Hemingway and the Call family. It was distilled in Kentucky, aged in charred oak and bottled by the company in Florida at 49% ABV (98 proof). The Call family has made whiskey in America since the late 1700s, when Samuel Call began distilling on his Kentucky farm. Seventh-generation Master Distiller Ron Call and his son Jacob, an eighth-generation Master Distiller, represent the family today. Tasting notes describe oak, vanilla and a touch of spice, with warm caramel and a rich mouthfeel that leads to a smooth, lasting finish.
