Hibiki 17 Year Old Blended Japanese Whisky (70cl, 43%)

Hibiki 17 Year Old is a blended Japanese whisky from Suntory, bottled at 43% in a 70cl bottle. The name means resonance in Japanese. It is made from single malts from Yamazaki and Hakushu, some of them aged in rare Japanese oak. The nose offers pineapple, plum, raspberry, honey and hibiscus. The palate brings banana, pomegranate, custard and pink pepper, and the finish is sweet, sour and complex.
