Hibiki 17 Year Old is a blended Japanese whisky from Suntory's Hibiki range, bottled at 43% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It is amber in colour.
The nose is fruity and floral, with peach, apricot, melon, rose, lily and lemon leaf. On the palate come toffee, black cherry and vanilla, along with Mizunara, the Japanese oak. The finish is sweet and fruity, ending on a note of lychee.
