Hibiki 17 Year Old is a Japanese blended whisky made from malt and grain whiskies from the Yamazaki, Hakushu and Chita distilleries. Part of the blend has been matured in Japanese oak (Mizunara) casks, which add subtle spice and aromatic depth. It is bottled at 43% ABV. The nose brings honeysuckle, coconut and delicate incense, and the palate is layered with ripe tropical fruit. The finish is refined and lingering.
