Hibiki 17 Year Old is a blended Japanese whisky made from single malts of the Yamazaki and Hakushu distilleries, aged in different types of cask and combined with grain whisky from the Chita distillery. It is bottled at 43% ABV in a 70cl bottle. This limited edition is named Chrysanthemum and Crane. The bottle is the Hibiki design representing the 24 seasons of the Japanese lunar calendar, with a hand-drawn decoration of a chrysanthemum, a symbol of perfection, optimism and joy, and a crane, an ancient symbol of longevity.
