Hibiki 21 Year Old is a blended Japanese whisky bottled at 43% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
Its colour is bronze amber, and Mizunara, the Japanese oak, appears on the palate alongside sandalwood, honeycomb and dried apricot.
The nose offers cooked fruit, blackberry, ripe banana and caramel. The finish is long and rich, with an incense aroma.
