Hibiki 21 Year Old is a blended Japanese whisky bottled at 43% in a 70cl bottle. Its colour is bronze amber, and the house describes it as graceful, with a calm character that unfolds gradually.
The nose offers cooked fruit, blackberry, ripe banana and caramel. On the palate come sandalwood, honeycomb, dried apricot and Mizunara, the Japanese oak. The finish is long and rich, with an incense aroma.
