Hibiki 21 Year Old is a blended Japanese whisky with a 21-year age statement, in a 70cl bottle. It is a bronze amber colour.
The nose is of cooked fruit, blackberry, ripe banana and caramel. On the palate there is sandalwood, honeycomb and dried apricot, together with Mizunara, the Japanese oak.
The finish is long and rich, with an aroma of incense.
