Hibiki 21 Year Old is a Suntory blended Japanese whisky, bottled at 43% in a 70cl bottle. It was named World's Best Blended Whisky at the 2013 World Whiskies Awards.
The colour is bronze amber. The nose is cooked fruit, blackberry, ripe banana and caramel. On the palate come sandalwood, honeycomb and dried apricot, along with Mizunara, the Japanese oak. The finish is long and rich, with an aroma of incense.
