Hibiki 21 Year Old is a Japanese blended whisky bottled at 43% ABV in a 70cl bottle. Its colour is a bronze amber.
The nose brings cooked fruit, blackberry, ripe banana and caramel. On the palate come sandalwood, honeycomb and dried apricot, with Mizunara, or Japanese oak, running through it. The finish is long and rich, with an incense aroma.
