Hibiki 30 Year Old is a Japanese blended whisky in a 70cl bottle, bottled at 43% ABV. It pours a deep amber.
The nose offers leather, raisin, prune and sweet chestnut. On the palate come brown sugar, dried fig, apricot jam, cedar and pain d'epices, or gingerbread.
The finish is extremely rich, with cinnamon and Mizunara, the Japanese oak.
