Hibiki 30 Year Old is a blended Japanese whisky with an age statement of thirty years, bottled at 43% ABV in a 70cl bottle. Hibiki means resonance in Japanese, and the blend is built around the idea of harmony. It brings together a number of single malt whiskies aged in different types of cask, among them Mizunara, a very rare Japanese oak. The makers link the character of Hibiki to nature and to the twenty-four seasons of the old Japanese lunar calendar.
