Hibiki Blossom Harmony 2021 is a limited-edition Japanese blended whisky released in 2021 to mark springtime in Japan. It blends whiskies from Suntory's Yamazaki, Hakushu and Chita distilleries and has a sakura wood finish. It is bottled at 43% in a 70cl bottle.
The nose is floral, with cherry blossom, plum blossom and wisteria alongside green apple, honey and white chocolate. The palate is smooth and creamy, with white peach, pear and ginger. The finish is long, with sandalwood, cedar and vanilla.
