This is an early 1990s bottling of Hibiki, the Suntory blend, with a gold cap and a gold box. It is a blend of whisky from the Yamazaki, Hakushu and Chita distilleries, bottled at 43% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It is reportedly a 17 year old, although the age was not stated on bottles of this series. Hibiki was launched in 1989 to mark Suntory's 90th anniversary, and the first blends carried no age statement on the front label, only the Gold Flower crest.

About Glenbotal

The idea of Glenbotal came to us naturally: as whisky lovers, we were always on the lookout for new experiences in the whisky world. That’s why we created Glenbotal and became our very own first customers. We buy unique and hard to find spirits from ballots and private collections. Then, we share them with a small circle of friends and people who can appreciate a good dram.
