Hibiki Harmony 2021 Limited Edition (70cl, 43%)

Hibiki Harmony 2021 is a limited edition Japanese blended whisky, bottled at 43% in a 70cl bottle. Hibiki means "resonance", and the blend combines malt and grain whiskies from the Yamazaki, Hakushu and Chita distilleries. The 2021 bottle design pays tribute to Ryusui-Hyakka, the hundred flowers and flowing water. The blossoms of Japan's 24 seasons are woven into the movement of water, linking one season to the next. Amber in colour, it has a nose of rose, lychee, a hint of rosemary, mature wood and sandalwood. The palate offers honeyed sweetness, candied orange peel and white chocolate. The finish is long and tender, with a hint of Mizunara.
