Hibiki Harmony is a Japanese blended whisky, here in its 2025 Festive Edition, bottled at 43% in a 70cl bottle. Its colour is amber.
The nose is rose, lychee, a hint of rosemary, mature woodiness and sandalwood. On the palate there is honeyed sweetness with candied orange peel and white chocolate, followed by a subtle, tender and long finish with a hint of Mizunara, Japanese oak.
