Hibiki Harmony is a blended Japanese whisky in a 70cl bottle, bottled at 43% abv and supplied in a gift box. It is amber in colour, and its finish carries a hint of Mizunara, the Japanese oak.
On the nose there are rose, lychee, a hint of rosemary, mature woodiness and sandalwood. The palate offers honeyed sweetness, candied orange peel and white chocolate. The finish is subtle and tender, and long.
