Hibiki Harmony Master's Select Limited Edition (70cl, 43%)

This is a limited edition blended Japanese whisky from Hibiki, bottled at 43% in a 70cl bottle. The bottle is specially designed and shows the Sakura flower (cherry blossom), Goshoguruma (royal carriage) and Ryusuimon (streaming water), traditional Japanese symbols that reflect Hibiki's harmony of Japanese nature and craftsmanship. The colour is amber. The nose offers plum syrup, roses and sweet wood, followed by orange marmalade, dark chocolate and a slight bitterness on the palate. The finish is sweet, with subtle spices and wood.
