Hibiki Harmony Master's Select Limited Edition (70cl, 43%)

Hibiki Harmony Master's Select is a limited edition Japanese blended whisky, bottled at 43% in a 70cl bottle. The name Hibiki means "resonance" in Japanese, and the 24 facets of the bottle reflect the 24 seasons of the traditional calendar. The blend brings together malt and grain whiskies from Suntory's distilleries, with hints of Yamazaki sherry cask. Amber in colour, it is described as having a nose of plum in syrup, roses and a sweet woodiness. The palate turns to orange marmalade and dark chocolate with a slight bitterness, and the finish is lingering, with sweetness, acidity, spices and wood.
