Hibiki Harmony is a Japanese blended whisky, bottled at 43% in a 70cl bottle. It is amber in colour.
The nose brings rose, lychee, a hint of rosemary, mature wood and sandalwood. On the palate there is a honey-like sweetness alongside candied orange peel and white chocolate.
The finish is soft and long, with a hint of Mizunara, the Japanese oak.
