Hibiki Harmony is a Suntory blend of more than ten malt and grain whiskies, in a 70cl bottle. The malts come from the Yamazaki and Hakushu distilleries and the grain whisky from Chita. Hibiki was first released in 1989 to mark Suntory's 90th anniversary. Rose, lychee and hints of rosemary and sandalwood lead on the nose. The palate offers honeyed sweetness, candied orange peel and white chocolate, and the long finish has a hint of Mizunara.
