Hibiki Japanese Harmony (Chiso Collaboration Limited Edition 2026)

Hibiki Japanese Harmony Chiso Collaboration is a Suntory Japanese blended whisky, released on 1 October 2026 in partnership with Chiso, the Kyoto kimono house established in 1555. The whisky is the established Japanese Harmony blend. What sets this edition apart is the illustrated bottle and carton, where Chiso's Kyo-Yuzen artwork of sakura, ume, tsubaki, tachibana and kiri wraps around Hibiki's 24-faceted bottle, which represents the 24 seasons of the traditional Japanese calendar. The nose is rose, lychee, rosemary and sandalwood. The palate brings honey-like sweetness, candied orange peel and white chocolate, and the finish is long and tender with a hint of Mizunara.
