Hibiki Japanese Harmony Masters Select is a Japanese whisky made by Suntory under the Hibiki name. The nose opens with a sweet woodiness, followed by plums, sherry and a touch of rose. The palate shows orange, dark chocolate and a fine spice. The finish brings dried fruit and sweetness. Fruit and sweetness appear on the nose and again at the end.
