Hibiki Japanese Harmony is a Japanese blended whisky bottled at 43%. It is composed of malt and grain whiskies from Suntory distilleries, including Yamazaki, Hakushu and Chita. On the nose there is honey, white chocolate, light wood and orange. The palate is velvety and fruity, with apricot, sandalwood and subtle spice. The finish is long and mildly sweet, with a hint of oak.
