Hibiki Japanese Harmony is a Japanese whisky from Suntory. The nose is sweet, with ripe fruit, sherry and a little rose, and spicy wood sitting subtly in the background. On the palate come orange and dark chocolate, with some ginger and dried fruit. The finish brings fine woody spice and sweetness.
