Hibiki Japanese Harmony is a Japanese blended whisky from Suntory, combining malt and grain whiskies from the Yamazaki, Hakushu and Chita distilleries. It is bottled at 43% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
The name reflects the Japanese idea of harmony, and a touch of Mizunara oak is part of the palate.
Honey, orange blossom and white chocolate lead the nose. The palate brings candied orange, light oak and vanilla, and the finish is subtle and sweet with fine spice.
