Angels' Nectar Islay Edition is a single malt Scotch whisky distilled and bottled for Highfern. It is made from a parcel of casks from one of Islay's distilleries, bottled at natural colour and 47% in a 70cl bottle.
Gentle island peat smoke leads the nose, followed by a biscuity sweetness and hints of beeswax. The palate is a touch more medicinal than the nose. A drop of water is suggested to let it open up in the glass.
