Highland Journey is a blended malt from Hunter Laing, put together from a selection of single malts from the Scottish Highlands. It is bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle, without chill-filtering or added colour.
The nose brings ripe apples and pears with gentle spice and a touch of malt. On the palate it is full-bodied, with honey, caramel and a light cereal sweetness alongside some spice. The finish is medium in length and warming, with soft oak and a little smoke.
