Highland Park 10 Year Old is a single malt from the Orkney Islands, in a 75cl bottle at 40% ABV. It is matured mainly in seasoned European and American oak sherry casks, and balances gentle peat smoke with natural sweetness.
The nose offers fresh citrus, honeyed malt and soft heather smoke. On the palate there is sweet vanilla, orchard fruits, light spice and a little peat. The finish is clean and warming, with lingering gentle smoke and oak.
