A 12 year old single malt from Highland Park, bottled at 40% ABV and named Viking Honour. The distillery is the most northerly in Scotland, and the whisky is an Orkney malt.
Viking Honour won a gold medal in the Scotch Whisky category at the International Spirits Challenge in 2020.
The nose is lightly smoky, with honey and heather, a gentle sweetness and a touch of sherry. The palate is unusually soft and round, with a light smokiness.
