Highland Park 15 Year Old is an Orkney single malt with a deep golden colour, which is natural and taken directly from the cask. It pairs aromatic warmth with bright citrus, and sweetness, spice and gentle heathery peat run through it.
The tasting notes list honey-glazed pineapple, vanilla bean, toasted cinnamon, lemon zest and heathery peat smoke.
