Highland Park 15 Year Old Viking Heart is a single malt from Kirkwall on the Isle of Orkney, bottled at 44% in a 70cl bottle.
The nose opens with creme brulee, heather honey and cinnamon, followed by fresh pineapple and sun-kissed lemon zest. There is a hint of warm sponge cake and toasted cinnamon too, with citrus and vanilla lingering in waves of peat smoke.
