The nose opens rich and spicy, with creme brulee, heather honey and crumbled cinnamon. Intensely fruity notes follow, with fresh pineapple and lemon zest, then a hint of warm sponge cake and toasted cinnamon. Citrus and vanilla linger in waves of aromatic peat smoke.
