This is a 15 year old single malt from the Highland Park distillery on Orkney, bottled at 44% in a 70cl bottle.
It matures in sherry casks made from European and American oak. It is bottled without chill-filtration and with natural colour.
The nose is smoky, with heather, peat, spice, vanilla, honey and sea air. The palate is full, adding orange, citrus and a touch of salt to the heather, peat and smoke. The finish is long, smoky and warm, with some sweetness and a trace of salt.
