It is matured in hand-selected first-fill, sherry-seasoned American oak casks, together with refill casks and sherry-seasoned European oak casks.
It is described as complex and rich, with honey-glazed pineapple, vanilla beans, toasted cinnamon, lemon zest and delicate Orcadian peat smoke.
