Highland Park – 17 Years Old Between You and I by Laila Gohar (47.5%)

Between You and I is a 17 year old single malt from Highland Park, bottled at 47.5% ABV as a limited edition. It is a collaboration between Highland Park's Master Whisky Maker, Marc Watson, and the artist Laila Gohar. The whisky is a vatting of carefully chosen casks, inspired by Laila Gohar's Egyptian heritage and the memories, scents and flavours linked to it. Maturation is mainly in new American oak, which gives a fresh reading of the Highland Park style. It is described as lively with fruit, spice and creamy vanilla.
