This Highland Park was distilled in 2006 and bottled in 2024 by Signatory Vintage for its Decanter Collection, presented in an Ibisco decanter. It is 18 years old and bottled at 52% in a 70cl size, without colouring and non-chill-filtered. Highland Park is made on Orkney and has been distilling there for over 220 years. Its gentle peat character comes from barley smoked on the malting floor. Signatory Vintage matured this whisky in hogsheads, which added creamy and fruity notes to the spicy smoke.
