An 18 year old single malt from Highland Park on Orkney, matured in oloroso sherry casks. The sherry brings fruity, cherry blossom aromas to the nose.
On the palate it is rich and layered, with syrup and smoke, stone fruit and floral notes. It is creamy and sweet, lightly peaty, with touches of cinnamon and toffee. The finish is gradual, savoury with bacon and then coffee.
